Reloyalize LLC, also doing business as Quick Reloyalize (“Reloyalize,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides a point-of-sale (POS), payments, and business-management platform for restaurants and retailers. This Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to our websites, our POS and admin applications, and related services (the “Services”).
Reloyalize handles personal information in two different capacities:
A. Merchant / account information. Business name, owner or administrator name, email, phone, username and a securely hashed password, role, store details, tax settings, and business configuration.
B. End-customer information (processed for Merchants). Name, phone number, email, order history, loyalty and points activity, and — where the customer opts in — contact preferences for messages from the Merchant.
C. Employee information (processed for Merchants). For features such as time-clock, attendance and payroll, we process staff names, punch in and out times, hours, roles, and payroll amounts as configured by the Merchant.
D. Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store full card numbers or security codes on our systems. We may receive and store limited, non-sensitive details from Stripe such as the card brand, the last four digits, and a payment identifier, to reconcile and display transactions.
E. Technical and usage information. Device and app information, IP address, log data, and identifiers stored on your device (such as session tokens in local storage) that keep you signed in and keep the app working, including offline.
F. Sign-in with Google. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google so we can verify who you are. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not access your contacts, files, or any other Google data.
G. Communications. If you contact us, or if a Merchant uses our messaging features (for example a WhatsApp, Instagram or SMS ordering or notification tool), we process the content and metadata of those communications to provide the feature.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers or bank-account numbers through the Services today; if a future feature requires them, this Policy will be updated first.
We share personal information only as needed to run the Services:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where a Merchant uses messaging features to contact end-customers by SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, push, or wallet, messages are sent only to people who have opted in, and recipients can opt out at any time — for example by replying STOP. We and our Merchants follow applicable rules, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
How to exercise your rights. Email us at hello@reloyalize.com. We will verify your request, to protect your information, and respond within the time required by law — generally 45 days. You may use an authorized agent. If your information was collected by a Merchant through our Services, we may direct or forward your request to that Merchant, who is the responsible business for that data.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it. Merchants control the retention of their own business, customer, and employee records within the Services.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, access controls and role-based permissions, and a payments architecture in which card data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers, which minimizes our PCI DSS scope. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Services integrate with third parties — for example Stripe, Google, and Merchant-enabled tools. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice.
