These Terms govern your use of the point-of-sale, payments, and business-management platform provided by Reloyalize LLC, also doing business as Quick Reloyalize (“Reloyalize,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
A Merchant may also sign a separate written commercial agreement with us. Where that agreement and these Terms conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Reloyalize offers two ways to pay for the same platform. Both are month to month.
Module prices are the same under both plans. Reports, scheduled weekly offers and payment acceptance are included at no additional charge.
| Module | Zero-Fee | Dual |
|---|---|---|
| Point of sale | $49/mo | Included |
| Inventory control | $79/mo | $79/mo |
| Loyalty and rewards | $49/mo | Included |
| Online store | $60/mo | Included |
| Attendance and payroll | $149/mo | $149/mo |
| WhatsApp and Instagram bot | $49/mo | $49/mo |
| Voice assistant | $99/mo | $99/mo |
| Extra KDS / prep screen | $12/mo | $12/mo |
| Owner alerts to a mobile phone | $15/mo | $15/mo |

| Each additional location | Billed separately — quoted per location | |
The voice assistant requires the Merchant to fund the balance of its own phone number, which is billed separately by the telephony provider.
Equipment is not included in any plan. Tablets, card readers, printers and any other hardware are quoted and invoiced separately, and are the property of whoever purchases them. We make no commitment to transfer ownership of equipment after any period of time.
In addition to any monthly subscription, every Merchant pays an annual platform fee of $99. This applies under both plans, including Dual, where there is no monthly subscription.
Where a Merchant enables it, a service fee is added to card transactions and is paid by the end customer, not by the Merchant. It is disclosed on screen before payment and on the receipt. Current rates are approximately 4% in person and 5% online, with a minimum of $0.75 in person and $1.25 online on small tickets. The Merchant is responsible for complying with applicable surcharge and cash-discount rules in its jurisdiction, and we provide the signage and disclosure tools to do so.
If a Merchant enables pay-over-time methods, the end customer pays the same amount as with a card — these providers prohibit surcharging the buyer. The additional processing cost of those methods is borne by the Merchant, and is disclosed in the Merchant's fee schedule. A Merchant may turn these methods off at any time from its settings.
The Merchant's data belongs to the Merchant — its sales, menu or catalog, customers, and staff records. We process it to operate the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. On request, and on cancellation, the Merchant may export its data.
The Merchant is responsible for the accuracy of what it publishes through the Services, for obtaining any consent required to message its own customers, and for its use of employee and payroll features under applicable labor law.
Card processing is provided by Stripe, and each Merchant maintains its own connected account subject to Stripe's terms. Settlement timing, holds, chargebacks and reserves are governed by Stripe. Reloyalize is not a bank and does not hold Merchant funds beyond the fees it is entitled to collect.
We work to keep the Services available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages (including Stripe, hosting and messaging providers), and events outside our control may cause interruptions. The point of sale is designed to keep taking orders during a network outage and to sync when the connection returns.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amounts paid by the Merchant to Reloyalize in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data.
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes affecting Merchants, give at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to that venue.
